As Andrei Tarkovsky wrote in Sculpting in Time, the artistic goal is not to search for a definitive meaning, but to show life and trust that the audience will connect with it. Like a film or a theatre production, the images are a "diary of light". They interpret the nuances of memory and emotion through the texture of the world—the play of light and shadow, the movement of a moment, and the poetic associations in urban landscapes. I expect my work to be a form of cinematic journaling that captures more than just beauty; it is an intimate reflection on the inner life of its subjects and spaces.
